Alena Boskova is the a Czech Republic (Czechia) designer behind AjaBeads. She is a refreshingly modern beadwork designer. Many of her tutorials showcase both a geometric style and Swarovski rivolis.  The crystals give her patterns that extra sparkle.

She has a knack for using repeating elements in pleasing ways.

You're probably wondering about the future lack of Swarovski rivolis.  Fear not, you can still make Alena's designs with Preciosa rivolis!  The latter come in different sizes too. 

She doesn't always use rivolis, so check out her store and see her other tutorials.  Alena also offers finished jewelry. Kits, too if you want to save having to track down other sources and want to avoid tons of leftover beads!
