I haven't mentioned any of Aleshia's tutorials lately.  Her Youtube channel, Beadifulnights, has many great beadwork tutorials. Lately, she has been featuring bead project collections but she also lists all the materials for each project in the video descriptions in case beaders already have the materials in their stashes. 

This beaded mandala tutorial of hers is clever because it is reversible. You get two looks from one pendant!  She used a cabochon on one side.

Aleshia initially tried two cabochons, placed back to back but decided she didn't like it as much because of the weight. I wonder if her original idea of two cabochons, which no one else had thought of, could still work if she used either polymer clay or resin cabochons which are not too thick. These are very lightweight.
