Half hoop stud earrings, a variation of huggies, are stylish perennial favorites . This marvelous wire and metal work tutorial by UK instructor Teresa of Lily-Tree .
The wire lengths are braided. She uses a torch to fuse together the wire ends. Pickling, if you are not already familiar with it, is cleaning in a mild acid solution.
Don't want to use a torch? Experiment to see if scrolling the wire ends and tucking them in might work. Use glue on stud posts.
Teresa is an excellent instructor - you can see more of her lovely tutorials on her Youtube channel.
