Woot! I found another great beadwork designer that I think you will like. LuwanBeadsWorld is a Japanese instructor whose work I have shared before (see links below). Such refreshingly different ideas.
This stud earrings tutorial features two circles. What is clever is the addition of two beaded loops to attach a regular hook style ear wire!
It's a good solution for those who like stud earrings but not the posts. This ear hook style means you can put on the earrings quicker than if you had to fumble with tiny butterfly backs.

very clever! as one who prefers wires to studs, this is a cool idea. I also liked this one on her channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z7-oI4zgVwo&ab_channel=LuwanBeadsWorld%E7%8F%A0%E8%89%BA%E4%B9%90%E5%9B%AD
ReplyDeleteThat's another good one too although I don't really like the use of glue and beads.
DeleteThis is a very clever design for those of us who don't wear posts, and it positions the earring high on the ear (compared to the way ear wires are usually worn). Thanks, Pearl
ReplyDeleteYes, ear wires do drop down dangles a great deal more!
