The Beading Gem

Don't get me wrong. I do love dahlias - they are gorgeous showy flowers. But when you have a northern garden like mine, they do not survive the harsh winters unless the bulbs are dug up at the end of the season. Digging up bulbs is so not me!

But I sure don't mind the beaded variety!  This beaded dahlia pendant by Allie Buchman of Potomac Beads makes excellent use of petal beads.
