It is easy enough to create wire dangles but making several all in a row to hang off a beaded wire results in a fun fringe pendant. This simple tutorial from Beth of the Owls Wake Up blog (no longer available) shows the color and pattern possibilities.

Very attractive and also simple. This would be a wonderful project for teens. Wish I knew about it back when I had my Girl Scout troup - the girls would have loved it. :)
