I like making note of jewelry tutorials which help us use up odd beads.  Most of you can relate to leftover beads from packages and strands.  The odd beads are not enough for larger projects and what's more important, are taking up space you need for new bead purchases. Got to get our priorities right, eh?

So check out this building blocks beaded cuff tutorial (no longer available) from the Bead and Button folks. You can use a variety of seed bead sizes (8/0 to 15/0) as well as small 3 mm crystals. Basically just use the same size beads per 1-2 rows.  Ladder and brick stitches are used.

It's easy enough for beginners - just make sure you watch your tension as you work so the cuff remains flat.
