This delightful lead free pewter collection joins their many other cat charms and dog charms. Some are buttons. The new mini-collection, in antique silver and antique gold, are based on the drawings of Californian artist, Megan Manessalian.
Here are some ideas from TierraCast's inhouse designers. I particularly love how the charms were used in the bracelet design.
What I did was to combine the charms and buttons to form cat and dog pendants. These tutorials are really easy. In fact, so easy that you can figure out how I put the buttons and charms together with jump rings from just this picture :
When I was playing around with the charms, the bone and dog charm reminded me a little of toggle clasps. So I wired them together using the tutorial I wrote before which turns a large toggle clasp into a pendant. I just finished the bail portion differently. I used 22 G Parawire. Do not use 20 G as you will not be able to make three passes through the bottom (dog charm) loop.
