Gloria Uhler is the creative designer behind Domestic Diva Online. She was inspired when I shared Ludmila Bakulina's tutorial for larimar gemstone in a polymer clay bezel setting. What Gloria did was to come up with an all polymer clay pendant design tutorial where she doesn't use a real gemstone.
Ludmila's design tutorial is for an ornate pendant. She used one of her polymer clay tools to create that brushed metal effect for the pendant base. Gloria tested out different kinds of brushes and found one which gave the same result!
The easy method of getting a mixed color and perhaps marble effect is also great for using up scrap clay. I also love Gloria's contemporary style design where she kept the bezel and the bail simple!
