There are a number of reasons why I liked this double sided polymer clay pendant tutorial by Katie Gordon. Firstly, having two sides gives you wearing options!

But the tutorial also shows you how to make the Skinner Blend which mixes colors beautifully.  This instructor does explain the basics. Beginners particularly might get confused on which direction to fold the clay and feed it through the pasta machine. She also shares other tips on how to make jelly roll canes.

Her final finish is with resin which really makes the pendants shine.

This tutorial is rather long but it is worth the watch if you are relatively new to polymer clay jewelry making.  Then, like me, you get envious of the motorized pasta machine (like this one) she has!  You can hear it in the background whenever she runs the polymer clay through it!
