Polymer clay is one way to get color AND large bold statement jewelry without the weight. Check out this air dry clay tutorial by Francesca over on FallforDIY. While air dry clay is convenient because it requires no baking, it is not as durable as polymer clay. So if you are going to try out her tutorial, use polymer clay if you can.
