Sometimes it is the right findings which makes the design. I just love the earring pinch bails from Beadaholique. These rock the modern look. Available in 2 finishes - silver and gold, the findings uses up odd beads and also compliments matching necklaces and bracelets if you happen to like sets.
Their video shows you how easy it is to use. Do not pinch the findings at the beads. t is better to cinch in the long stems of the findings above the bead as demonstrated. That narrows the space between the stems. If you use your pliers and attempt to press in at the beads, you risk breaking the latter.
Note that these are not meant to be used for interchangeable beads.

These are great findings. I really love the idea but was disappointed that they seem to only have kits. I would like to have some findings with out the beads so I could use my own stash.

ReplyDeleteI love these pinch bails. Someone gave me a pair in silver. I've made many beads to attach to them. I think our first instinct is to use round beads. But I made teardrops, cubes and more and they all work well!
