We can be such creatures of habit. But you can break that habit especially with asymmetrical earrings! Check out this sweet lucite flowers earrings tutorial by the folks from Beebeecraft, the jewelry supply company. One side is on a chain, the other has a wire accent!
I particularly love these kinds of lucite flowers because they are not flat and are ultra light! That is why grouping a few on each earring is not a problem.
Also consider using handmade polymer clay flowers with central holes.

These are delightful! I'd wear them in a heartbeat!
ReplyDeleteWith my new assymetrical haircut I went with assymetrical earrings. It's such fun! I like one long dangly paired with some ear cuffs - especially one that has a long chain to the earpost. (two-hole piercing)
I like the look - it throws people right off and they can't figure out how old I am! LOL!!
LOL! I like to believe that any jewelry throws people's attention off our wrinkles!
DeleteI love asymmetrical! these look so light and spring-like.
ReplyDeleteI did similar flowers some time ago with translucent polymer clay. These are extra special and the decision to create them with both chain and wire is so inventive!
