Some people are so creative. These earring hacks are clever ones which use just needle and thread. They will come in handy if you have a ton of embroidery floss to use up!
All the tutorials are by Sana Hand Stitch who I think is Indian. They are not in English but you do not need to know the language to learn her tutorials.
First up is her floral inspired tutorial which starts off with plastic rings. I like this one because she incorporates beads. You can also use wood rings like these in my store which are just as light and are eco friendly.
This one also uses starter plastic rings and beads in the inside of the rings. She uses what looks like macrame cord for this tutorial.
No plastic ring was used for this tutorial. She just forms a core ring with several floss threads.
