Remember the fun I had with my flame cut paper napkin on wood tutorial? You can naturally do the same thing on metal!
Here to show you how is Agnes of Just Your Perfect Place. Her tutorial shows you the same basic napkin burning technique that I used. Love the huge metal flower foundation she uses!
Using flame to trim the edges makes a large decoupage project like this on go much faster! Like me, Agnes also trims most of the unwanted paper napkin to reduce flare-ups. Notice she also sponges some paint along the edges to mask any scorch marks.
