This splendid geometric wire woven earrings tutorial by AlesAnd features garnets teamed with copper. A lovely combination.
There is no soldering involved but you get to hammer the copper wire ends flat! You will also get practice filing metal smooth and wire weaving neatly. This is a great project for a late beginner.
Note that the tutorial is not in English. So either use Google Translate or follow my favorite method. For computer users, use the Chrome browser.
