Gustav Klimt (1862-1918), the famous Austrian artist, is best known for his golden phase where his oil paintings included lots of gold leaf. The instantly recognizable "The Kiss" as well as the "Portrait of Adele Bloch- Bauer" have inspired a number of jewelry designers.
The latter portrait inspired the beautiful copper bracelet shown above by urbanrose.
The Kiss is now in the Österreichische Galerie Belvedere, Vienna
The Kiss can be see here in the beaded fringe earrings by Ann of LittleRedKerchief.
The Kiss is well rendered in this beaded pattern for a pair of brick stitch earrings! That's not an easy thing to do considering the original painting's complexity! The designer is Solomiia of UnicornBeadsArt. She also has the kit for it.
