Some people are incredibly talented!! Olga Zhukova is an Ukrainian artist who excels at sculpting with felt - see my past feature on WoolCreationsStore. As it turns out, she is also accomplished with polymer clay. Her other store, PolymerFlowers showcases her ability to make realistic polymer clay flowers, fruit and butterfly jewelry pieces!
Olga actually uses both polymer clay and floristic polymer air dry clay (cold porcelain). The latter is more delicate. Olga explains, "For jewelry with realistic flowers, I use high-quality Japanese floristic clay that solidifies in the air. Clay allows you to produce very small details - petals and leaves, thanks to which the flowers are very realistic. After drying, the product retains its flexibility, in this regard, the products are strong enough. But these products should be protected from water."
Her beautiful necklaces, bracelets, earrings and hair jewelry look realistic and each and every piece is unique!
