Small cabochons are a challenge to wire wrap. Here are a couple to try. The first tutorial (shown above) is by the French designer, Sindbad behind the Karisma & Talisman Youtube channel. It is such an elegant contemporary pendant design !
The design looks good because he is using thick 14G wire but dead soft in temper which allows for easier manipulation. He uses 22G half round wire for wrapping.
Susan (Izzy) of Perfectly Twisted on Youtube also uses soft wire for her mini cabochon pendant tutorial. She uses 18G wire. She has more lovely wire wrapped tutorials on PerfectlyTwisted.
