At first glance, I thought the beautiful pendant shown above was a cloisonne one. But it is actually a polymer clay pendant which has been carefully colorized with mica powder.
The instructor is Austrian polymer clay artist, Agi of AgiNekoJewelry on Youtube. Her tutorial shows her selecting just the right kind of texture design which makes this easy painting technique work so well. She carefully paints small amounts of mica powder in the low spots using a fine brush.
Good to know that FIMO polymer clay works best for this technique.

It amazes me that one stamp can produce such a stunning piece with some tender loving care and mica powder. Agi paints these flowers as if she had a painter's canvas before her and the flowers sitting in a bowl for a still-life.
