Minnesotan, Kaitryne Durham, of chloesvintagejewelry.  Her standout and popular vintage brass jewelry has a beautiful warm tone all due to her "secret patina sauce".  Her collections are stunning - my favorites are her art deco and art nouveau designs.

Kaitryne explained how she got started : "In the early 90's I designed a line of high end silver bracelets, earrings and necklaces that were sold at Barney's of New York and Fred Segal in Los Angeles. The ins and outs of big retail was not my cup of tea."

"I have a vast treasure of vintage brass and beads I've collected over the decades and recognized that that is my true love. So Chloe's Vintage Jewelry was born over 10 years ago and I couldn't be happier. My studio is in the attic of our Victorian home where I design and create. I love selling on Etsy and I adore my customers."

Note to self :  It does pay to hoard!

Love how she displays her brooches - the simple lines of the mannequin help to visually size the actual size of the pins.
